Dear Sir,

Do you believe  that  to take one's school to the highest international standard
you need to be supported by   Visionaries ,Educators and those
who have years of experience in teaching and classroom management or  those
who have just money and connections? In my observation you just need the later
and you can buy  a whole of  visionaries and educators.  Do you agree?

Though you have a valid point, on moral grounds  if you look at it perhaps universally, Educational values are non-negotiable.
I wish to quote to you  a few  lines from a famous poem called "the Elegy written in  the  country church-Yard."

“Full many a gem of purest ray serene
The dark unfathomed caves of ocean bear:
Full many a flower is born to blush unseen,
And waste its sweetness on the desert air.”

It means best treasures are most hidden from our view. We are lured away by the glitter and  meaningless pomp of petty pots claiming fame and riches. What you need to see is wisdom.

The quality of its teachers,
its facilities but most importantly is
its desire to care and foster for each of its pupils.

Does anyone know  where all these qualities are found in any school in Chennai. I think not. They are results driven...Publicity craving- Media projections - Some of the principals  are master manipulators seeking fame and honor for themselves.

I think there are  some good schools in Chennai though the fee structure is beyond the reach of everyone. Let us not be too  critical.
