I am an evening college student of IT in one  colleges in Adyar area. From first day our teachers do not turn up in time and teach anything useful. They can not control the students. Students are always going out to play games. The princiapl never shows up. Even after 15 days of college proper lessons  not started. What could I do?

These are times you do not have to depend on a teacher or classroom resources. If you are self reliant you can learn a lot if not more  from the internet. Attend college for sake of  certification and you have to do everything by yourself. Approach your lecturers privately
and tell your problems and your concerns. Students' voice  is very powerful and it will be heard.
