Yes...indeed..Annanagar is a great place with affluent parents who may patronize your school if you could provide the right type of Children's education. We can help you with our expertise and experience in this field so that you need not depend on franchaises
on profit sharing basis. Most of the franchaises would expect you to pay  3 to 4  lakhs of rupees upfront and 30 to 40% of the income.
You can do much better on your own and save your money if you are willing to pay us one time payment of Rs.1 lakh.

You could drop into  our office  at Suite 9 , Door 602 Gemini Parsn Manere, Anna Salai  Chennai 6 or call 9840489291.  Based on my own education and school teaching experience in the USA,  I can make your playschools into successful learning centres to develop the complete child. The cost is approximately Rs.3 lakhs.

No licence nothing...Just the corporation permission....If you invest 10 lakhs apart from rent or advance , you can get rs.50 000 p.m It depends on location and teacher quaility.

 Sir,

I think in the current business scenario, Velachery and Medavakkam are great places to start playschools but the landlords demand greedy rent. We cannot make break even. The farther we go, more problems of logistics occur and the parents cannot pay playschool fee  if they are from low income groups.

Sir, I too wish to start a playschool but I simply do not have the guts to go ahead. My husband is not bothered to  help me except giving me the wrong advice or joke about it. What could I do?

Looks like your hubby is the best candidate for your proposed playschool. Admit him.

Safety measures depend on the size and also the location and cost varies according to the provisions you will make.
It starts with high fencing and if possible    clearing coconut trees in the yard. The  trees and plants will have to be carefully treated with organic manure instead of pesticides and trimmed  periodically. You need to have well-trained security guards, surveillance cameras and the list goes on.
