Give me advice

Sir...I come from a village rural in Tamilnadu. I  have stuying in Anna University. I 
cannot English writing very well like friends in my class. Many days I do not understand class my lectureres. I feel worry and cry. I want advice by you.

   You are already in Anna University and you should celebrate. So many thousands tried to get your place and failed because
   scored higher marks than them. English is very important and you  should pay much attention to it so that you  won't be left behind at the time of interviews. My advice is ..... get a personal tutor at any  cost and learn. There is no option. You  need not have any low self esteem because of English. It is just a foreign language. There are many highly qualified people who do not  speak good English. But you must take effort to get over this problem. Cheer Up!
