Need your suggestions to turn around our Engineering College

I received three inquiries to act as middleman or broker to sell Engineering Colleges in Tamilnadu and one in Pondicherry. I would not
like to undertake such wheeling and dealing. But I have genuine solutions which could help any college to restore its image and to improve significantly. You may have to diagnose the current problems which are ususally as follows

1. The principal's academic and administrative skills - If the principal is one with low level intellectual attainment, the instituion's image is at stake.

2. Student-friendly teachers and staff - dedicated - well paid and ready to admit faults and eager to learn

3. Your financials....? hope there is no messing - diversion of funds

4. Infrastructure- means not massive and meaningless facelift to the frontage of the building - unwanted structures - but functional buildings ventilated classrooms with integration of Technology.

5. Do you have a library worthy of an Engineering college?

6. Have you made wifi access to all students anywhere in the campus?

7. How is your stay in facility? Hygenic? Tasty meals? spacious rooms?

8. Staff development?

9. Admin - faculty relationship?

10. Bringing in guest faculty - lecturers - eminent individuals for motivational talks

11. periodic cultural activities Huh

? Do you have someone exclusively to attend to these and to do PR
