I am 32 years old and still unable to decide whether it's the right time to apply for MBA? Is it very essential to puruse MBA for financial success? What do yo suggest?

It is evident you have waited too long and I would say any age after 30 years will be harder to get into Full time MBA programs in internationally reputed Bschools though not impossible. Secondly, MBA is not a guarantee for any financial success. Not all world's richest people went through business schools. However, I would admit
that MBA from Harvard , INSEAD , Wharton and the other top schools bestows a brand success which is hard to ignore. Not many realize the gap between a Masters program and a two year MBA becomes unbridgeable in later life.
