I do not ty to explain away complex management topics and I also claim no knowledge of Business Management . As a teacher I have had opportunities to learn about educational management which is the core activity for running a school. Perhaps you should know these days the traditional term "class control" is no longer popular as "classroom management". Educational management is an overlap of leadership, management and adminsitration. With your students you need to show your skills of leadership. With your stakeholders you should prove your management and financial wisdom. With your government authorities you will have to show evidence of compliant administration. Educational management was derived from management principles first applied to industry and commerce. Educational settings applied industry models to meet the specific requirements of schools and colleges. Educational management has progressed into an established field with its own theories and research.
