How to improve our Secondary School ?

  From you experience give us some tips how we can improve the results of our secondary school which is owned by our trust? It is not doing well now. need some suggestions.

 You need to sign a turn around partnership contract with us. We are not sure whether you are seriously committed to make your school reach new heights. However, from what you have indicated, we can perceive a system lapse of management. You need to
