Thank you. Mine is a paid service which means I offer consultancy and help clients start playschools on profit. So,be prepared to pay what rightfully belongs to me.
Currently, increasing affluence among certain sections of the urban middle class has given rise to
big demands for playschools . Working parents look for quality childhood education for kids. This being the market situation, too many
have rushed to start playschools on franchaise operation which is a 3 year commitment of 40% revenue sharing. If you are paying a huge rent in prime locations that will eat up another 40% of your revenue. Remember you have to have good and well paid teachers and staff. You need to have foolproof security system. You will require good resources. I have heard from franchaise operators that they are struggling to make break even. So what is the solution?
1. If you do not have your own premises, you must cut down on rent and utilities
2. Franchaise operation has its risks.- No financial autonomy. Too many brands these days for parents to shop around.
3. Important location with enough open yard for kids to play around.
4. Parking area
5. Fine teachers with teaching skills - child driven- keep training them with professionals..Be prepared to accept criticism from
parents. I have seen real mind numbing morons running playschools where kids are confined in wretched conditions.
6. Safest bet....buy our International Preschool Curriculum...quasifranchse - onetime payment- no revenue sharing - international brand.
