Business ethics  or  Corporate ethics  is  the application of moral values in the pursuit of profit in a business environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is relevant to the conduct of individuals and entire organizations.

Interestingly aside, recently one Prof.Jack Rappaport of  La Salle University in Philadelphia  gave new definition to Business ethics by bringing in a bunch of strippers to his class  to  teach issues  such as

“You’re with a client at a strip club and he’s just poured coke on a stripper’s ass [professor pours coke on a stripper's ass] and demands you snort it. Brad, what do you do? Do you refuse and make the client, in this case me, do it?” 
The  crazy prof. was thrown out by the prying dean.
