I am sure you know  the average benchmark in  all the leading Business schools  do  not  fall below 80. You may have to take alternate routes. To continue the same line of course you may try the following where the waiver criteria might be different.

VIT University, Vellore offers M.Tech in Mechatronics, Automotive Electronics, Communication Engineering, Nano Technology, Power Electronics and Drives, Sensor System Technology, VLSI Design, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Biomedical Engineering. Admission is based on performance at entrance examination. Preference is given to candidates with GATE score. For details.

SRM University, Tamil Nadu offers M.Tech in Power Electronics and Drives, Power Systems, Embedded System Technology, Digital Communication and Networking, VLSI Design or Communication Systems. The admission is based on performance at entrance test/ GATE.

Sastra University, Thanjavur offers M.Tech in Advanced Communication Systems, Advanced Computing, Biomedical Signal Processing and Instrumentation, Control Systems and Instrumentation, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics and Drives, and VLSI Design. The admission is based on overall marks obtained in the qualifying examination. GATE score holders will be given preference.
